3D FACILITY SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as

possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately within 2-3 days.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained after that.

• 3D FACILITY SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation after start car detailing

door step services, However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer is unhappy with services.

• In case of if any complaints it should immediately report to  CustomerService team.

The request will, however, be entertained once the & have to checked and determined the same at his

own end.

Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refunds approved by the 3D FACILITY SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED .

& it’ll take 15 to 30 working  days for  refund in processed to the customer.
